My pop came completely busted up in a cardboard box with no form of packaging protection at all. I sent an email asking for a refund/return, and nobody has responded yet.

Great compan
I jave ordered multiple times now and have received my packages in pristine condition. The last one was a five night at freddys advent calendar. Its a month before december so im happy.

Took months to get order shipped
Took months to get order shipped. When i emailed you said oh we have that in stock and shipped it. Basically you forgot about my order.

We are receiving a lot of items on a daily basis and we are working as fast as we can to get them all prepared and out the door. When a customer asks for an update and we already have the item we try and fill them right away. Doesn’t mean we forgot your order it’s just that we haven’t had the chance to process the items just yet.
