I signed up with The 30day MHp course and jumped right into the MHP Master Mind group this is full of great content. Active investors doing real deals. Underwriting, LOI questions due diligence, Purchase and Sale agreement discussions. Then I joint the group mentoring weekly call group. Where we got to underwrite real deals, determine if they were a go deal, so so or no goes. Talking about heavy lift parks with infill, lots with repairs, bill back etc. What to be aware of so you don't go broke. Overall value is an A plus if you are considering this group.

This program was been exceptional in my experience. Between the coursework which takes you from day 1 to full running of the park, countless calls to educate you on legal contract writing, renovating manufactured homes, understanding underwriting, and the best systems I have seen. This program was been my absolute favorite. The community is stellar and provides their own insights to help with your growth, the networking, and the weekly study groups and group calls, I couldn't have asked for a better program. This is truly the program you need to get you into your first mobile home or your 10th. I have seen beginners and professionals get an incredible amount of education that has catapulted their success. I highlight recommend it for anyone who is interested in becoming a MHP operator.

I've been in the MHP Pros program for four months, I've learned so much. Both Michael and Ryan are knowledgeable and attentive to their students. I am closer to my goals in these four months than the year prior, when I tried to go at it alone without a mentorship. This group in its entirety want to see you succeed. I couldn't be happier than being in this mentorship program. If you want to further your goals. You'll go quite a bit further with this Team. This program is worth it's weight in gold!

Huge value for the price! There are a plethora of masterminds out there and I'm part of some of them, but without a doubt this is the ONE to be a part of if you're interested in MHPs. Not only is the community great - others chime in with thoughtful questions, offer helpful advice and share their experiences but Michael is SO hands on and really goes the extra mile to answer your questions or finds the answer if he does not know. The resources alone are worth it, add to that the expertise and support from the community and Michael and Ryan - this group is unmatched! Truly appreciate this group and all it offers!

This group is great! I was looking for a high level mastermind/networking group to join and glad I found these guys. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone works together and wants to see you succeed. Great dynamic!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience so far with The MHP Pros Mastermind. The mentors (Ryan Narus and Michael Pansolini) are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to offer valuable insights and guidance. Their expertise has been instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of mobile home park investing with confidence. What truly sets this group apart is the community of like-minded investors. Everyone is so helpful, supportive, and eager to share their experiences and advice. The collaborative atmosphere fosters learning and growth, making it an invaluable resource for both beginners and more seasoned investors alike. Overall, The MHP Pros Mastermind has transformed my mobile home park investing journey by providing invaluable insights and connections. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone eager to deepen their understanding of the mobile home park investing industry and wanting to become part of a truly supportive and empowering community.

All I can say is WOW! Being part of this community—especially the group mentorship calls and Mastermind—has been nothing short of transformative. The depth of knowledge, transparency, and generosity from @Michael Pansolini and @Ryan Narus is truly outstanding. Every session is packed with real-world insights, crystal-clear guidance, and practical takeaways that you simply can’t find elsewhere. Very early on, I realized that operating a Mobile Home Park might not be my exact lane—and that’s okay, because this program helped me uncover and own the strengths I do bring to the table. That kind of clarity is priceless. The Mastermind alone has been worth every penny and then some. The collaboration, support, and knowledge shared among members is next level. If you're on the fence, jump in. You won't regret it. Huge thank you to Michael and Ryan for creating such a powerful space for learning and growth. I’m beyond grateful to be part of it.

I started my mobile home park journey in college over 25 years ago. I made the plans, read the books, went to seminars, and bought all the bootcamp courses. But instead of buying a park, I built a successful business that ultimately distracted me from my original goal. I even helped a family member get into parks before I finally took the leap myself. The real catalyst? Ryan’s mentorship program. It laid the foundation—and with Michael’s expansion of the program, it’s become something far greater than I ever imagined. I closed on my first park in January 2022—a $575K deal that felt massive at the time. Now, just over 3 years later, I’ve purchased 21 parks, nearly 1,000 active pads, 250 approved expansion pads, and currently own $42 million in income-producing real estate. To put it in perspective: I now make more in two weeks than I used to make in a year. I consider myself average (maybe below average) in most areas—except two: my work ethic and my ability to analyze risk and make decisions quickly. Odds are, you’re better than me at almost everything else. So if you’re thinking about getting into this game, do it. Buy something. Rents go up. Tenants rarely leave. Stuff breaks, but not often. And yes—money comes in pretty easily. Use this group’s formula as your foundation. Take the first step. It might feel like a cliff, but trust me—there is no cliff.
