From start to finish of my wedding stationary journey with this company has been top notch. I thought I would be so much more stressed and having to do so much work but it was all taken care of perfectly. So much professionalism and clearly a lot of experience. I will only use Pretty Polite from now on and will continue urging all friends and family to use them as well. Can't wait for baby photos next!! Wink wink

I ordered a customized sample on August 30th and didn't receive the actual sample until September 12. I talked with customer service several times before I ordered the sample to make sure that I could receive a sample in a postcard with an address printed in the back rather than an envelope. I ended up just getting a blank back and no envelope. I understand there is additional processing time because they sent me a proof but I approved the print within an hour of receiving it and was told I would have the sample within 3 business days. I was also told that I would be able to track my shipment but every time I checked it said the information was unavailable.

We're very sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. It seems like this may be a miscommunication, so we would like to address your review. Once an order is approved by the customer, it is printed and shipped from our facility within 3 business days. All of our custom samples are delivered free of charge through USPS, and delivery time is between 5-7 business days. It's unfortunate that this order was approved on Labor Day weekend because this holiday delayed the production and delivery of your sample. The mistake with your address was also a miscommunication. No address information was included with your custom uploaded artwork, so when it was approved with no back design, we continued with the production. As a small company we truly appreciate each customer and order. We want to work together to make this right! If you would like to receive another sample, please email your designer with the complete artwork. If you do not have a final design, you and your designer can team up to create the missing pieces. Then we'll mail you a printed card free of charge. Thanks you for your feedback. We will use this information to be more clear with our customers in the future and avoid potential misunderstandings!
The team at The Mailworks was friendly, patient and easy to work with. They helped us refine our campaign and were great about sending proofs before printing. Would highly recommend!

Just received my sample today and have another one on the way. The ladies that have helped so far have been great and the site very easy to use. The hardest part will be choosing what we like!

This is my second year using the services for my daughter's birthday and I love their attention to detail and great outcome. The invitations are a special added luxury touch to a beautiful planned event, I wouldn't go anywhere else for these services. I worked directly with Brittany on a set of baby shower invitations. I thought they looked amazing on the computer - but once I received them?! WOW!!! Blew me away! The details are so beautiful, and the invitations look almost magical! I can't wait to send these babies out!!! Not to mention the customer service online, through email and then the personalized note inside my package were so awesome! Love this place! Can't wait to place my next order!!
