I never received my items

Everything came packaged nicely, and the products are amazing. I wear the ring I got all the time, and have worn the sunglasses to a semi-formal occasion. The fur on the bucket hat is so cute and it’s so soft. I love that it’s adjustable as well, same with the ring!

The quality of the manufactured products is perfect, but the products I received were only 3 and supposedly 4

The product is not clean and torn, I want a replacement

Hello!! Thank you! It’s been fabulous so far! I didn’t however receive a watch ? It looks like I was to review it and I have not seen it in my packages!?? Other then that loving the product! I will be taking more pictures and posting I lost my phone in a lake had to buy and wait for shipping a new phone!! It was an adventure! Thank you

The purse looked different than pictured. It was less pigmented and two toned. Additionally, the threading was already loose and the product appeared smaller than pictured.

After the order the chart has been updated without any explanation and one item was taken from the order. Instead of 4 I received 3 items. This was suppose to become ambassador. I would never be ambassador of someone so unprofessional.

The service that I received while browsing the website to placing my order and beyond was absolutely stellar I got regular updates from them about the status of my order and that they were preparing it and that they would then notify me as soon as it was shipped which they did they also continued to stay in touch with me as I waited for everything to arrive and I just don't even have words to explain the above and beyond customer service I received
