Cute things on this website. Once complaint is that it mentioned Free gifts only today and underneath that it had a box for "free shipping" and "free gift". However when I checked out I was charged for shipping and have no idea about a free gift. I am sending this to my niece in Seattle. I did write to customer service about a shipping question and VERY quick response. I like this company.

Your site was very easy to navigate and to pick out the gifts I was looking for.

The product image is fine however the description can in some product go into a little more detail in order to find the differences i.e AI stem cell has different pricing but you can find is special each of them. The other issue I found after choosing a product you can not continue shopping and you have to go back and find another product, so can test and find out what I mean i.e when I bought one discovery package , I could you go to second discovery package easily.

Good easy to follow description and purchase. It would be best to if your currency converts to the currency of the country

I had a little trouble with the ordering but that could have been my phone. When I texted Little Learners I got a reply back very quickly and it answered my question. I was very pleased with that.

I have not received the product yet so have no concerns as product was easy to order and I hope for the best in product quality. However, I am concerned by the high volume of negative reviews (and did not see them until after ordering) so hope I have a better experience as the product is a gift for my 8-year old great niece. We'll see.
