Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience with The Learning Liaisons. We genuinely appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve our services. First, I’m glad to hear that the information we provided helped you prepare for the STR exam. However, I’m sorry to hear that your overall experience didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to address a few points you raised: 1. Unprofessionalism in Videos: We strive to deliver content in a way that’s both engaging and effective. We understand that teaching styles and personalities may not resonate with everyone, and we appreciate your input. It’s something we’ll reflect on as we continuously refine our approach. 2. Subscription Setup: Our subscription process is designed to be clear, and we provide detailed information at checkout about the terms and duration. However, I understand how it could be confusing if expectations weren’t clear. We’ll review our messaging and instructions to ensure they are as straightforward as possible. 3. Technical Issues: I’m sorry to hear you experienced crashes with the website and videos. That’s not the seamless experience we aim to provide. If these issues were reported, our team would have worked to resolve them promptly. We’ll investigate further to ensure our platform runs smoothly for all users. 4. Course Structure: The requirement to complete videos in order is designed to ensure mastery of each section, but we recognize this might not suit everyone’s learning style. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we explore ways to make the experience more flexible. We’re here to support you, so if there’s anything we can do to resolve your concerns or make things right, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and we wish you the best in your teaching journey.
