I have told them to stop texting me over a dozen times. They just change numbers and keep doing it.

Only 1 lead this month which I started and it was someone who is very ill and should never make decisions. Locked out of my account so never again and experience.

We would like to address and clarify the concerns raised in your recent Trust pilot review, as several statements appear to be inconsistent with our records and the documented communication between you and our team.
Regarding your first concern about the cancellation and lack of response to your calls, our records show that you submitted your cancellation request on August 17, 2026, and your account was officially cancelled on August 18, 2026. We also have records of our communication with you, including calls and messages, documenting the support provided throughout your time with us.
Our team promptly addressed the concerns you raised, including issues related to leads and accessing the portal. As an additional goodwill gesture, we also arranged a call with a manager to ensure that your concerns were fully addressed. Our records indicate that these matters were handled and resolved at the time they were raised.
Regarding your second concern about receiving only one lead, our records show that two leads were assigned to your account during your first month. Both leads are reflected in your portal, and the relevant lead information remains documented within your account.
Finally, regarding your statement that you were locked out of your account, our records indicate otherwise. Your account remained accessible, and you were able to view the lead details and call recordings and work on the assigned leads. For reference, we have shared a screenshot of your account showing its status and accessibility via email.
We fully respect your right to share your experience and feedback. However, we kindly ask that any public review accurately reflect the facts and documented interactions between you and our team. We made every effort to address your concerns promptly and provide the necessary support, and we believe it is important to clarify the record to avoid any misunderstanding or inaccurate representation of our services.
If you have any additional concerns or believe there is information we may have overlooked, please feel free to contact us directly. We would be happy to review the matter with you.

Unfortunate experiance
Unfortunately, my experience with LeadLynx was extremely disappointing. I was sent 5 leads and not a single one turned into a legitimate opportunity.
The leads felt poorly qualified and lacked any real motivation or readiness to transact. I understand that lead conversion is never guaranteed in real estate, but when every single lead is a dead end, it becomes clear there’s a major issue with lead quality and screening.
I invested a lot of time following up, only to realize most of these contacts were nowhere near actual prospects. Based on my experience, I would not recommend LeadLynx to agents looking for quality seller leads.

This company is a big scam
This company is a big scam. They promise you 3 to 5 leads a month
on the phone and then on their contract it only says one lead per month. Then they don’t deliver the lead in the ZIP Code you give them and make excuses. They call people and tell them that they have a buyer for them and would they be willing to take an offer at whatever price they want if they say yes that is actually a lead. So they are misrepresenting their marketing and then giving you a bunk lead. Buyer beware

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and we’d like to clarify a few points. All leads are from real homeowners who have expressed openness to receiving offers—we do not misrepresent having a buyer—and while we aim to match your selected ZIP codes, availability can vary. It seems there may be some misunderstanding around expectations. We’re always happy to continue assigning leads and supporting you, but we cannot guarantee outcomes, seller decisions, or personal circumstances, as those are outside our control. As a courtesy, we’ve issued a full refund on your account. If you have any constructive feedback, we’re always open to it.
Not happy with their service
This company sent me leads of people whom they spoke to a long time ago and tried to pass off the recordings of the leads as if they were recent. The potential home sellers were people were confused why I was calling. Said they are not interested in selling. One was an elderly man with dementia who did not own the home. When I listen to the recordings of the calls, the caller is a person overseas who keeps repeating the same questions to the homeowner on the phone about whether or not they would consider selling for the right price.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate you sharing your experience.
Market conditions and homeowner motivation can change quickly, and while we work to qualify leads as accurately as possible, we can only act on the information available at the time of contact. That said, we take concerns like this seriously and are always working to improve our quality and processes. We’re happy to review this further and address any specific issues directly.
I used them and never received a viable…
I used them and never received a viable lead. They sent me a lead who did not own the property, they sent me a lead to a property that had been condemned and others that were useless. They do not ask the right questions to find out if a lead is viable. So I am better prospecting on my own. A total waste of money!

Hi Mark,
Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m really sorry to hear the leads you got didn’t help you. And if you’d like us to review your specific leads, please reach out at [email protected]
