Hi, I'm so sorry to hear you didn't like your shoes! Most customers do seem to enjoy these Topo trail running shoes, but it's okay if they're not for you. Hi Mark, I’m sorry to hear your shipment got delayed. While most of our shipments arrive in 2-7 days, occasionally the carrier has an issue and it gets delayed. That obviously doesn’t help you out to know that, but we would be happy to give you a credit towards your next purchase with us if you’d like as an apology for the inconvenience.
