I made a purchase for some Gucci sunglasses and the sunglasses were even better in person and the price was not to bad either... the only reason I did not give a 5 star review is my sunglasses arrived in a clear zip lock bag and just inside a small box for delivery I'm surprised they made it in one piece. But most sunglasses I've purchased in the past come in a case for safe keeping and a cloth to wipe the lenses and these did not

I was very happy to find the shoes I wanted at a great price. I placed my order and received confirmation that it was received. Now it's a week later and as far as I know my order has not shipped and I have sent 2 messages (one on their website and one by email) If I get a response and get the shoes I paid for, I will consider changing my review. UPDATE: I got a very nice email with apologizes for the delay. I increased my rating to 4 stars, as I'm feeling much better about the experience. I will update again once I receive the shoes.

I'm so sorry to hear that you hadn't gotten a reply previously. We have escalated this internally and you should have be receiving an email soon, if not already. In short, it looks like your shipment was delayed with a worst case delivery date of Apr 14, though we are trying to push for sooner if possible. Of course, if you'd prefer a refund, we will handle that for you. Either way, we will reach out with an extra something as an apology for the poor experience. Thank you for your feedback!
