Tristan is a great trainer I haven't been with his program long, but I highly recommend it to anyone. He takes the time to have a personal conversation and learn everything that is important about you so he can put together the program you need. He is constantly in contact with the group, gives tips and motivates us every day. Even when things are not going well, he always has advice and a good word. It's a lot of fun to train like this and even more fun to talk, share and build each other up with so many lovely people from different places. I love it!!

Training with Tristan changed my life. He cultivated a space where I felt safe enough to challenge myself both mentally and physically. I gained confidence and muscles. He believed in me from the beginning and supported me through the end. I’m grateful for his compassion, knowledge,& expertise. If you’re looking for a trainer who will empower you to look and feel good, I highly recommend Tristan.

One word…AMAZING! I have been working with Tristan for only 3 months and I have had the biggest results I have ever had! Not only is he a trainer but he is now a friend. He isn’t in this for the money, he is in this to genuinely inspire, motivate , and care for each and everyone of us. When I started this program, I never thought I would have the ability to do it. Tristan believed in me and pushed me to do something for me. This is the best decision I have ever made. I cannot thank Tristan enough! ♥️

After speaking with coach Tristan, I broke out of my comfort zone. His motivation and passion got ME motivated. Joining King's Court has changed my life style for better. I've always had a great experience since day 1 and I'm forever thankful being part of King's Court. THANK YOU COACH!

This is my new beginning. I’ve seen excellent results, what an incredible program, well planned, very well executed and amazing people running this program, caring, kind, considerate and very motivating group.

The Kings Court has been a life change for. Being an older person and caregiver for three years life had been not about me which is ok. Now it is my time and Tristan came into my life. Set me on a workout routine and meal plan. Has been awesome and can not find a more caring person. I have discipline, motivation and mind set. Would not change anything. Come to Kings Court if you want a great coach and supportive team members.

Since starting this program the support and encouragement you get is beyond belief always checking in, seeing how you were doing the support from everybody else that’s in the program is amazing but not only just the exercise side of things it’s the mental side as well. Thank you Tristan 😊

Very personable and professional! Very sincere and caring, yet expects you to hold yourself accountable . Absolutely excellent!!!
