The Junk ProsReviews of thejunkpros.com

I can’t recommend Junk Pros highly enough. Gary and Rosie were communicative, responsive, and offered a great rate. The team was excellent and efficient, getting an enormous job done in just one day. They worked collaboratively with the building staff, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. My highest recommendation!

Rosie and her team were kind, attentive, responsive, efficient, flexible, adaptable, and very diligent. All the process from booking to completing the payment was smooth and easy to follow, there were no blockers and the work was done as expected. I highly recommend their services!

We had a nightmare scenario with a commercial tenant who left several tractor trailers worth (!!!) of cheap furniture and junk in our parking lot and warehouse. The JunkPros were absolute lifesavers for us. Responsive, efficient, considerate, fast-moving, very customer-focused, they got the job done even when faced with some unexpected and challenging obstacles. I cannot recommend this team more highly - Gary, Rosie, Ricardo, all were amazing. I would hire them again in a minute for any job, large or small (and, believe me, our job was huge!)

I recently moved out of my apartment in Brooklyn and needed help clearing everything out. The Junk Pros team made the process incredibly easy. Rosie was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions, and she was always quick to respond to my follow‑up emails. On pickup day, the team arrived within the scheduled window, worked efficiently, and handled everything with professionalism. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience working with the team at Junk Pros front office team was patient and professional - Rosie and Gary were excellent to work with and they were patient with me as I asked all my questions. The movers were also fantastic - Ricardo and his team were organized, professional and quick!! I am a very cautious and demanding consumer so when I give a five star rating trust me this team is the real deal!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I hired the Junk Pros to clear out my family apartment. They were quick, respectful, and the pricing was totally transparent. They made a very difficult process much easier to endure. Thank you, Rosie, Gary, and Craig!

I used them to empty a large house before closing. They were extremely efficient and prompt, and did exactly what they said they would. Communication was excellent. They took everything and did no damage. I would recommend them highly.

I'll start by saying that I highly recommend this team. If you want your premise cleared out in a timely fashion by a respectful, well-coordinated, and experienced team, this is the service for you. Everyone (office staff / sight assessor / cleaning crew) was customer-oriented and ready to solve problems in a meaningful and courteous way. From first call to successful clearing out of the premise was less than a week. Rosie in the office was a pleasure to work with - She provided prompt attention and good follow-up notifications for each step of the setup process. Gary arrived on time prepared to do a meaningful and useful assessment of the property in order to provide a realistic estimate. Now - About the cleaning crew themselves: Craig / Ricardo / Garth / (apologies - forgot the name of the fourth team member). The teamwork of this crew was a beautiful thing to see - Like a well-choreographed dance. Each member had his position in the field, and they worked through a complex clutter of trash, junk, and furniture in super good time in spite of challenges of stairs and one shared elevator for the building. It was literally a science of clearing out procedures. Also, incredibly courteous men - Respectful of property and of my needs. Also, did broom sweep-up at the end, which I was not at all expecting.
