Overall, working with The Guarantors was a very positive experience. As someone trying to secure a lease, their platform made the qualification process fast, straightforward, and completely stress-free. The online application took only a few minutes to complete, and their team was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, and they got everything finalized with my leasing office without any hiccups. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of the security bond/deposit coverage. While it definitely beats getting turned down for an apartment or having to pay a massive upfront cash deposit directly to the landlord, the fee for the guarantee bond was a bit higher than I initially anticipated. If you need a reliable cosigner service to get approved for your dream apartment, I definitely recommend them—just be prepared for the bond fee to take a decent bite out of your move-in budget!
