We had a great experience overall. Product was great and order processing time was super. The only glitch in the whole process was at the very beginning when trying to connect and get things set up via email with the sales rep, Bill. I had to contact him numerous times to get all info needed and had to explain things multiple times instead of him reviewing previous emails. After the orders were turned in and we were working with Nora the items were received in a timely fashion, billing was super smooth and re-orders a breeze!

Very accommodating with errors in shipments. Very timely. Arrival of product is always within indicated time period. Selection of product could be wider, especially for UA gear.
