Usually I have good luck with my orders, but the last time someone dropped the ball and the order wasn't ready when I was told it was and I had to make a second trip to pick the order up.

Great customer service. Great product. Think there could be less shipping costs if they learned to consolidate orders more effectively.

It would be nice if our salesman came to our building more with some new samples of clothing/uniforms etc. *The customer service people are great to work with i talk to them on the phone.

Service is usually good. Very few issues or problems.

Great company with a huge variety of product. Our Booster Club continues to rely on them for quality designs. Sometimes we have to go back and forth several times to get the right design but in the end, it is worth it.
