Hi Denise. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear that you and your daughters did not see the results you were hoping for. We completely understand how disappointing that feels, particularly given the investment you made. We understand that our 30-day guarantee window did not align with the timeline you needed, and we genuinely wish we could change that outcome for you. Your feedback about how we communicate our return policy is something we are taking seriously, and we appreciate you being direct with us about it. If there is anything else we can do to support you, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Good afternoon, Brittany! Thank you for your purchase and feedback. Starting zeolite for the first time, your body may be working through years of accumulated toxins, and that process looks different for everyone. Some people notice a difference within the first few days. For others, it takes a few weeks of consistent use before anything shifts. And some people don't feel any noticeable change at all while they're taking it. That last part is worth knowing: a surprising number of customers only realize the zeolite was doing its job after they stop taking it for a while and then notice the difference. If that happens to you, welcome to the club. Not feeling an obvious effect right away doesn't mean it isn't working. Zeolite supports the body's natural ability to cleanse at a cellular level, and that's not always something you can feel. Everyone's body is different, everyone's starting point is different, and detox isn't a one size fits all experience. Stick with it, and give your body the time it needs. Pure Body Extra (PBX) zeolite detox spray and Pure Body drops work to remove heavy metals and other toxins from the gut and cells of the body. As heavy metals and toxins are removed, the body can function at an optimal level. Through supporting the immune system, trapping free radicals, and helping to balance the body’s pH, you may find you have improved energy levels, a more restful sleep, improved focus and clarity, and an overall sense of well-being. As a natural mineral supplement, Pure Body Extra (PBX) and Pure Body are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
