I made an error when I provided my delivery address. I contacted customer service and they promptly got back to me and fixed my issue!

My order did not find its way to Colombia. I am not sure if it was a problem with DHL, but I wrote Glowfairy and received an immediate reply. They are very friendly and I hope glowfairy will get my package again.
