Incredible support team, they are fast and effective and in my experience, they always go above and beyond if you ask for help, really cool company

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this firm. I am a live brokerage trader and have taken a payout from my live account. The payout came within an hour. Most recently today, I had an issue with the platform I was using and the risk manager took time out of his day to have a call with me to discuss my issues and how to move forward. They are overwhelmingly supportive and are really trying to do things the right way as an actual hedge fund, instead of the gamified sim farming that has taken over the prop firm space. If you're looking for an honest company, you've found them!

Truly a remarkable platform. The integration of Project X with the stats and the journaling software are a game changer. Helps maximize the journaling experience. Can we talk about the Auto tracking of trades as well as the pre trade checklist! Awe Mazing. And the scalper mode that can be activated in the journal blew my mind. Just great features all around

I made a few mistakes regarding updating and cancelling my account and yet The Futures Desk support was very helpful and helped in getting started again and unlike other prop firms who are eager to earn themselves, The Futures Desk wants us to succeed. Strongly recommend TFD if you are a serious trader.

Good supportive support desk

I've had 2 issues in the 6 months I've been with TFD. One was 100% my fault. Each time I've had quick resolutions from helpful and friendly support desk people.
