One of one experience, Raphael gave monumental strategies, real life experiences, along with game on franchises. While being concise with the amount of time we had yet answered every question and then some while also giving break downs on how to make it all come together. 100/10 would recommend to anybody and everybody!

Before joining the 5 week cohort with The Franchise Guys Consulting and Ralph The Franchise Guy, I honestly thought franchises were mostly restaurants and fast food chains. This program completely changed my perspective. I learned that there are franchise opportunities in almost every industry imaginable, from business services and fitness to home care, logistics, education, and more. What stood out most was how professional, timely, and knowledgeable the entire team was throughout the process. Every session was organized, informative, and packed with real world insight. Ralph made complex business concepts easy to understand and created an environment where questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly. By the end of the cohort, I felt far more confident about franchise ownership and the steps needed to move forward. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I now feel informed and motivated. The Franchise Guys Consulting has officially become my go to source for franchise advice and guidance. If you are curious about franchising, unsure where to start, or serious about owning your own business one day, I highly recommend this cohort and consulting team. Truly a valuable experience from start to finish.

The information i obtained here from Rafael was phenomenal, there was so much that i was unaware of that in turn caused me to have fear and not even think of franchising as an option in my life. Through Rafael I learned that I was completely wrong. So much intel that makes it seem way easier to obtain my own franchise. Great man, very informative, very detail oriented, answered all questions asked with direct answers. Just a great overall experience and I can’t wait for the next cohort as well as breaking ground on my own franchise in the near future.

Such an eye opening program! Highly recommend partnering with this group for your next franchise venture!

The experience I had in Ralph’s co-hort was beyond great. Ralph went out his way every week to make sure we got great information and even brought in some reputable sources to share information as well.

Excellent free 5-week Franchise Mastery program. It covered key topics in a clear, beginner-friendly way and moved at a pace that made the information easy to follow and absorb. Special thanks to Ralph for creating such a thoughtful program and bringing in experienced franchise professionals to share valuable insights. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more interactive exercises to further reinforce the learning experience.

I learned a lot and was exposed to new areas of opportunity. I highly recommend the Franchise Mastery course you will not regret it. Ralph is a great consultant and you will not be disappointed.

I recently completed Ralph’s Franchise Mastery 5-Week Program, and it was a great experience for anyone seriously considering franchise ownership. What I appreciated most was how structured and practical the program was. Ralph breaks down the franchise process step by step, helping you understand how to properly evaluate opportunities, review FDDs, and think through the financial and operational realities of owning a franchise. One of the biggest takeaways for me was the emphasis on due diligence. Franchising isn’t just about buying into a brand. It’s about understanding the system, the numbers, and whether the opportunity truly fits your goals. If you’re exploring franchising and want a clearer framework for making smarter decisions, this program is definitely worth it.
