We appreciate your feedback. We understand your glasses are loose, and we want to help. You are covered by our guarantee as well as we can help adjust your frames as well. If you do take them into your local Optometrist they will usually offer free adjustments or we can refund you up to $25 for and fees they charge for that. Reach out to our amazing team and they can help you!
