I ordered a pair and felt like they were too small for my face and was not satisfied with them. You guys generously offered to send me a pair the next size up and I absolutely love them

We're so happy to hear you love your new glasses and that our process for uploading prescriptions and selecting lenses was easy! We're glad they arrived quickly and fit perfectly.
Unfortunately, I did not receive my glasses. Not a company error but a carrier error. However, they handled it with great grace and offered to fix it. The company seems wonderful and I can’t wait to actually try them again.

The customer service was prompt, efficient, and very understanding with trouble i was experiencing with the shipping return label. I like how quickly they would respond via text which made it feel more personable and that I wasn't just another number.

Update: i apologize, I relooked your website and discovered you do show a sideview of the frames! Now I feel embarrassed that I missed that. Good thing I now have glasses and can see the website better LOL. Changing my rating to 5 stars. The glasses are pretty much what I expected. They're comfortable and I can see well. The price was right and the time it took to receive them was as expected. The triangular case is a bit disappointing-much too bulky. And I was surprised to discover the sides of the glasses are a different color than the front of the glasses. I at first thought you sent me the wrong pair. It doesn't bother me too much but like I said, it was unexpected. If the website showed a sideview of the glasses, I didn't see it. I would recommend that a sideview be added.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent purchase. We are glad to hear the glasses are comfortable and meet your expectations for vision and price. We understand your disappointment with the bulky case and the unexpected color difference on the sides of the frames. We will certainly look into the images on our site to give a more comprehensive side-view to better represent our products. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We're so glad you found our frames and lenses great and the ordering process easy! Thank you for recommending us.
They are my perfect prescription. The frame arm of my glasses from my eye doctors office had broken. I’m so thankful I could get these from The Framery at a reasonable price, since I wasn’t eligible for new frames with my insurance for 8 more months.
