The Foggy DogReviews of thefoggydog.com

I absolutely love this company! The bandanas and collars and charms are great quality and so much fun! The toys are creative, stimulating, and washable!!! Their packaging is top tier, and their customer service is better! Immediate answers to any questions. Love it all!

I'll be totally honest about my review. I was having a busy morning. On my list of things to do was to order a sweater for my granddog. I got on the Foggy Dog website to place the order and upon check out several ads popped up offering discounts for toys. It annoyed me to have to opt out of the discounted items, I just wanted to order the sweater and move on to my "to do list", however, I accidentally hit a button that added one of the toys to my order. I was unable to remove it from my cart(probably because I was too annoyed to figure it out). Anyway, I emailed customer service and complained about having to pay for an item I didn't want, and then anticipating having to pay shipping to return it. Subsequently I received an email from the Foggy Dog letting me know that I could keep the toy, and they would refund the charge. I was genuinely taken aback by their customer service.(I felt terrible for being so impatient with the check out process) In today's business world it is rare to find a company that will offer what The Foggy Dog offered. I will continue to make purchases for my granddog at The Foggy Dog. They have amazing quality, gorgeous designs and a beautiful website. Thank you The Foggy Dog for being a business that cares about their customers!

I have bought my doodle and frenchie sweaters from them a few times. The sizing is perfect. The quality phenomenal. Well worth the money and oh so cute.

I love Foggy Dog! I’ve ordered many collars for my pup and they are high quality and super cute. We get compliments on the collars all the time when out in public. I love the different seasonal looks and ability to customize to add our phone number.

I love the quality and patterns produced by foggy dog

The Foggy Dog offers quality goods and amazing customer service. When I bought my Elenore’s harness, it was too big for her and the Foggy Dog team helped me immediately to return and get my baby the right size. I am hoping their sweaters come back in stock with the personalization because they are SO cute!

Amazing products! We love the walking leashes so much!

The ordering & checkout process was easy. I received my order in a reasonable about of time. It was accurate, which included some personalized engraving. The only minor complaint I have is that the clasp mechanism in the collar makes noise as it rattles against itself, if that makes sense. Perhaps a clasp that is more snug or better fitting would eliminate this issue. Otherwise the collar is adorable & looks so cute on my little Maddie.
