The subject are explained into details with examples. The fact that I can go back and listen to the lesson again make it a great addition . There is no dull moment watching the lesson. I have all the information needed to be successful.

Taking this Masterclass has changed my life, gave me a new hope and a new beginning where I can build a legacy. One thing I can suggest is to update few info into today’s market. Besides that was the best decision I had made.

I've had such a great experience with the Flip Secrets program taught by Jake Leicht. The mentorship and support from both the coaches and fellow students have been incredible. Jake is not only extremely knowledgeable about real estate investing and flipping houses, but he's also generous in sharing every step you need to take to succeed. This program truly gives you the tools, confidence, and community to move forward with your dreams. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about flipping homes and changing their financial future!

Flip Secrets is an outstanding program that delivers a wealth of valuable information for anyone looking to dive into the world of flipping. The series is well-structured, offering practical insights and strategies that are easy to follow and apply. The mentors are knowledgeable and approachable, providing guidance that feels personalized and actionable. One of the standout features is the networking opportunities—connecting with like-minded individuals has been a game-changer for building my confidence and expanding my business. My only critique is that some of the examples and videos feel dated, relying on content from 2017 and 2018. While the core principles remain relevant, updating these materials with more current examples would make the program even more effective. Overall, Flip Secrets is a fantastic resource, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone serious about flipping, despite the slightly older content.

Information was great. Work pace is excellent. This master class really sets you up for success.

Great team. Very communicative and available to answer questions. Quick and to the point so I can keep taking action and adjust as needed.

I watched it his video and checked him out. He’s legit and he’s not gatekeeping. He walks you through a full example and pointing out different points that numbers change and why. Real honest no surprises and not a waste of time recommending you watch it.

This group gives you a great road map and ultimate resources for real estate investors starting out or for those who have been in the business. I found myself taking action with confidence after the connections and skills I've leared from the class and group. This group has been and will continue to be a valuble resource for me.
