The program was very well put together. It had clear & concise explanations that were followed by detailed examples. It contained significant information that was cohesively organized in step by step classes on how to flip. Jake’s friendly demeanor made learning the program fun and less overwhelming. I felt like I was getting the information from a friend I could trust. Although I had 0 experience in Real Estate Jake explained each class with a vocabulary I could understand. Once I purchased the program I was happy to find out that I had access to it for life, and that I could also learn at my own pace. The only reason I don’t give the review 5 stars is because I felt the interest rate of the financing payment plan was very high.

Flip Secrets has an extremely thorough a to z training teaching people everything we need to know about flipping houses using OPM AND doing it remotely. I partnered with people in our private network and got into 12 deals my first year! The support, network and training is better than other programs I’ve looked into and even joined. Highly recommend!!

I've had a great experience with the Flip Secrets program. It's a great step by step program that really lays out a road map on how to get into the real estate flipping business. With all of the relatable lessons and interviews of people that Jake has worked with, it helps highlight the important info that you really want to focus on. Not to mention the networking that you can do with all of the people in the flip family.
