Flip SecretsReviews of theflipsecrets.com

I joined the flip secrets program hesitant in the program but had all the belief in myself. The program by far exceeded what they said they offered! Very happy I joined! It's a community! I joined in May 2023 and just sold my first property this week (November 2023).

This program opened my eyes to buying properties without using your own money! I’m glad I took this course and it’s been exciting seeing things progress on my house flips. Follow Jake’s recommendations and try not to stray away because what he talks about will help you be successful. Be consistent and grind it out every day. I’ve learned so much and the networking that comes with this program is invaluable.

I recently completed the Flip Secrets Program, and I am compelled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with the course and, more specifically, my outstanding coach, Ed. This program exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the educational value of the Flip Secrets Program is unparalleled. The course meticulously covers all aspects of house flipping, leaving no stone unturned. Jake, the instructor, demonstrates an exceptional ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner. His lessons are not only insightful but also delivered with a level of clarity that made the learning process highly effective. The organization of the course deserves commendation. The material is well-structured, and the accompanying documents provided invaluable support. These resources were instrumental in helping me initiate my first flip while still progressing through the course. The practical application of the knowledge gained in real-time is a testament to the program's efficacy. A significant highlight of my experience was working with Coach Ed. His support went beyond the typical coaching role. Ed was instrumental in referring contacts as needed, patiently answering all my questions, and providing a level of encouragement that was truly motivating. His wealth of experience and genuine commitment to my success were evident throughout the program. Having participated in various courses across different fields, I can confidently say that the Flip Secrets Program stands out as the best I've encountered to date. The comprehensive education, Jake's exceptional teaching, and the unparalleled support from Coach Ed make this program a game-changer for anyone considering entering the world of house flipping. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly encourage anyone with an interest in learning to flip houses to take advantage of the Flip Secrets Program. The knowledge gained, coupled with the support provided, sets a new standard for educational programs in this field. I am grateful for the experience and excited about the possibilities that lie ahead in my house-flipping journey.

Flip Secret is an amazing educational platform. It’s THE SYSTEM!!! Real teachers are not always in the formal educational system. This course prepare you on a real profession. You don’t need to pay for college tuition, this is way better. Flip Secrets is one of the best way to get educated and be profitable for life. The teacher, Jake and his team of coaches guide you to success from the first day. This guy is amazing, each module he makes it so clear, as I said, he’s an amazing educator, transmitting knowledge and experiences so easy and clear. The network that Flip Secrets creates is unbelievable. You can go from cero experience and become a truly Real Estate Investor in a short period of time if you really want and follow this educational profession course. This is something that could change your life if you really are willing to do it. Thanks Flip Secrets, Jake, coaches, members of this great community!!!

This program really helped me feel secure in the knowledge I needed before taking on my flips. Third flip in 8 months so far so good thanks to working the systems Jake taught. Things I'd like to highlight are Gap funding, learning how to calculate ARV, discord group for any question I might have had, also the network of people and being able to build relationships with them and bounce ideas back and forth.

Jake has videos that break down everything A to Z. It's all simple and straightforward it makes learning this stuff less intimidating. Makes you feel like you can really do it yourself and shows you how. I was on the fence, but reviews like this helped me make the decision. I hope this will do the same for someone else, take the chance if fix and flipping is what you want.

I have been in the Flip Secret family for about 3 weeks. My coach is Eduard. He doesn’t know this but when I first started my calendar was booked with other obligations. Eduard was consistent with reminder messages of my obligations from one on one coaching calls to hoping on the zoom sessions. My first zoom session I received a lot of information and connect to some great people. My first one on one coaching conversation was so motivating. I am totally committed to the process. Thank you, Everyone I have contacted with since I joined Flip Secret.

I feel great about the knowledge and the way it is taught. The community is solid and kind.
