Yashika is the agent I was communicating for the tickets to be postponed and the return date too changed because of the airline cancelation which was not in our favor. Yashika really took 2 days to work on it got our seats back on the original date. Very happy with the service. Thank you girl..

Overall very good experience with the ticket booking and finalization.

Yashika from Flight Boss is an absolute lifesaver! I cannot thank Yashika enough for her incredible help with booking my recent flights and selecting the perfect seats. The booking process itself was seamless, but where Yashika truly shines is her dedication during tough times. When unexpected travel complications hit, she stepped up immediately. Instead of dealing with automated bots or endless hold times, Yashika was there to guide me through the chaos with genuine empathy, patience, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to sort out my itinerary and ensure I was taken care of. If you are using Flight Boss, do yourself a favor and ask for Yashika—she is a master of customer service and a genuinely wonderful person! 5/5 stars.

I received excellent customer service and unbeatable fares from Yashika, who successfully completed my booking within two days.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience with Jaspreet truly deserves to be recognized. From the very first moment of interaction, it was clear that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about the people they serve — not just completing a transaction, but making sure the customer feels heard, valued, and supported every step of the way. What stood out most was Jaspreet's incredible patience. I came in with a long list of questions, some of which I'm sure were repetitive or took time to explain. Not once did I sense any frustration or rush. Jaspreet listened attentively to every concern, allowed me to finish my thoughts, and responded with calm, thoughtful clarity. In today's fast-paced world, that kind of patience is rare — and it made all the difference.
