I have been working with them for months now and only had one issue. The issue was with FedEx and not the company themselves, but they took charge to make everything better for me. Jenna and Ashley are awesome and very helpful.

The design team spent lots of time going through several different iterations of the laser etch. They were very honest about what might not look the best and helpful suggesting a better solution. The pens are very high quality, and my clients love them.

I am an executive board member of Student Nurses Association, and we ordered customized syringe pens. They were awesome! People loved the product, and it was a great way of getting our organization around the campus. Customer service was excellent likewise. I was contacted very shortly after some issues had occurred, and it was resolved in a quick and easy manner.
