Bottles were a quarter empty?
I don’t know if it’s normal that 1/4 of my bottles were empty?

Shipping options incorrect
I love the products. What I don’t like is when you choose your shipping method at checkout and it’s under $10 for UPS ground and there is a date of the next day. Then two days later you get shipping confirmation via USPS?? And it is days later than what was showing on screen at time of choosing your shipping method??? If the dates were accurate it would help us decide which to choose.

Not voc free!
The epoxy I love. Have been very happy using it. However, I'm taking away 2 stars for the dishonest selling tactics. I purchased specifically because they claim on their website their epoxy is voc free. I spent a small fortune. Found out today in other areas they're saying it's actually low voc, while still keeping the original voc free claim!
