The Edge Funder is a direct-to-funded futures prop firm built for traders who want a straightforward, transparent path to accessing capital.Unlike traditional prop firms that require traders to pass multi-phase evaluations before earning anything, The Edge Funder places traders into a funded environment from day one. There is no evaluation phase, no reset cycles, and no starting over from zero after passing a challenge. Traders are able to keep the progress they make while working toward payout eligibility. Our model is designed around consistency and risk management. Clear rules such as profit thresholds and consistency guidelines are in place to encourage sustainable trading habits rather than relying on one large trade. All rules, pricing, and account details are fully available before purchase so traders understand exactly how the accounts operate. We support multiple trading platforms including TradingView and Volumetrica, giving traders flexibility based on their preferred setup. In addition to the platform itself, traders gain access to an active community and coaching environment where questions are answered quickly and support is always available. The Edge Funder is not a get-rich-quick system. Trading requires discipline, patience, and continuous learning. Our goal is to provide traders with the structure, tools, and support needed to grow over time and become consistently profitable.

GREAT PROP FIRM IF YOU WANT TO LEARN TO BECOME CONSISTENTLY PROFITABLE. GOOD COACHES , THAT ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE... SEEMS LIKE THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE COME FROM PEOPLE WHO EITHER CAN'T READ... OR REFUSE TO READ... JUST SAYING. BEEN DOING THIS SIX MONTHS PAYING MY SUBSCRIPTION, BLOWING ACCOUNTS BUT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN ACTIONS; SUCCESS, FAILURE, OR OTHERWISE. I SEE MY PROGRESS... LOVING THE JOURNEY

Thank you for the review, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Respect for taking accountability as well, that’s a big part of growth in trading. Glad to hear the coaches and support have been helpful and that you’re seeing progress over time. That’s exactly what this is about, staying consistent, learning from mistakes, and improving along the way. Appreciate you being part of The Edge Funder.
TheEdgeFunder is genuinely a step above other prop firms. They make futures trading accessible, supportive, and comfortable for traders at any level, and their overall structure and communication are excellent. I’m holding back one star because the consistency rule, as written, can end up limiting traders after a few strong days. Several of their own strategies don’t naturally fit within the rule, and when the threshold increases without a matching increase to the daily profit limit, it can unintentionally restrict both trader growth and firm profitability. It feels more punitive than discipline‑building. A simple fix would solve it: when the threshold rises due to profitable days, the maximum daily profit limit should rise too. That would keep traders consistent at a higher level, reduce unnecessary resets, and create more upside for everyone. Even with this critique, TheEdgeFunder remains one of the best firms in the space — and with a small tweak, they could be unbeatable.

Thank you for the detailed review, we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a strong overall experience and that the platform, structure, and support have stood out to you. Your feedback on the consistency rule is valid and something we’ve heard from other traders as well. The intention behind it is to promote steady, repeatable performance and prevent accounts from relying on a few oversized days, but we understand how it can feel limiting in certain scenarios. We’re always evaluating ways to improve the model while still maintaining proper risk management, and feedback like this is helpful as we continue to refine things. Appreciate you being part of The Edge Funder.
Still have my two accounts. I blew a few prior to writing this review but it was my own fault because I jumped into it before I was ready. Make sure you read the rules and you understand them clearly. Love the edge funder and the coaches

Thank you for the review, we appreciate the honesty. Jumping in before you’re ready happens more than people think, so it’s good you recognized it early. Glad to hear you still see the value in the platform and the coaches, and that you’re taking the time to understand the rules moving forward. Wishing you the best with your accounts and continued success trading.
I didn't like it at all. It was my first go at a prop firm. If they are all like this then I do not want any parts of them. There are too many rules and guidelines in my honest opinion. I also didnt know how to setup the order panel which I why I ended up having a couple of really bad trading days. I entered the trades completely wrong and ended up going in the hole roughly 5k. I asked the coaches in the discord for help and was told to look on YouTube. I kinda figured it out (not really) and was able to get to the required 7 successful days trading, but was unable to get a payout because I did not bring the account back to break even, and I had an 81% win rate. I bought the 150k account and was not even able recoup my initial $500 investment. It was a valuable lesson though. I learned that prop firms are not for me. Which is what I wanted to figure out anyway. The rules are stated when you open an account. I didn't experience any scams or anything foul, but I'd do much better with a private account. The coaches are all great and very responsive in the discord. I also learned my trading strategy from Joovier so I thank him for that. If you don't have the money for a private account then I guess prop firms are fine, but if you have 5-10k I suggest learning and back testing a winning strategy and going with a private account. Just my two cents

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate the honesty in your review, especially you noting that the rules were clearly stated, support was responsive, and there was nothing misleading or unfair about the platform. Based on your feedback, it sounds like the challenges came from trading errors and the learning curve of using a prop firm for the first time. Because of that, a 1-star rating doesn’t really reflect the experience you described. Trading within a structured environment can be an adjustment, and it’s not the right fit for everyone, but we’re glad to hear you were still able to take value from it and that the coaches and community were helpful. Wishing you the best moving forward with your trading.
the rules make it almost impossible for beginners to reach a payout and if they just so happen to have a lucky day and cant make that happen for 7 days in a row they'll never see that money

Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the 7 trading days do not need to be consecutive. They can be completed at your own pace, as long as each day meets the minimum profit requirement. The consistency rule is designed to prevent payouts based on a single oversized trade and instead encourage steady, repeatable performance over time. We also see that there is no record of an active or past account associated with your review. We always encourage traders to fully review the rules or try the platform themselves before forming conclusions, as everything is clearly outlined ahead of time. For newer traders, we generally recommend starting in a demo environment first, as trading within structured rules can be challenging without experience. If you ever decide to trade with us, our support team is always available to help.
Should have looked at reviews first. This supposedly is not a challenge and the only way to blow the account is when it gets down to zero but three days in my account was blown. I still don't know why. The supposed support hasn't answered yet. The reset is another $500. I don't think so! This was such a waste of time and money. Don't go in unless your strategy is already perfect.

Thank you for the feedback, we understand your frustration. Just to clarify, the accounts are direct-to-funded, meaning there is no evaluation phase, but they still operate with defined risk limits. Accounts can be closed if those limits are hit, which is outlined in the rules before trading. Regarding support, we do respond to all inquiries, though response times can vary depending on volume. We’re always working to improve response times and make sure traders get the help they need. Reset fees and subscription details are also listed upfront before purchase so traders can fully understand the structure before getting started. Trading requires both strategy and risk management, and while our model may not fit every trader, many are able to operate within these rules successfully. If you’d like, our support team can revisit your case and make sure everything was addressed properly.
You need to make sure you understand all the rules/chalenges before buying in. I put My Self in a unrecoverable position. I had a trade hit 10k profit in 2 minutes and it pushed my payout target from $6,000 to $53,000. If I continued with the subscription I would need 3+ months of perfect $1200 trading days to reach the new payout. If I reset the account i would be charged $400 and still be charged the monthly subscription of $400. That's 800 bucks in less than a week. I messed up and they can not help me so I have to abandon the account and all that profit.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Just to clarify, the profit target does not jump to those levels. What you’re seeing is the consistency rule in effect. When a single trading day makes up too large of your total profit, additional profit is required so that one day does not exceed the allowed percentage. This can make it feel like the target has increased significantly, but it’s actually balancing out that one large day. For example, a $10K day on a $100K account would require additional consistent profit days so that it fits within the rule. This is designed to encourage steady trading rather than relying on one oversized trade. All of this is outlined in the rules before purchase so traders can understand how to manage position sizing and avoid situations like this. We understand that situation can be frustrating, especially after a strong trade. If you’d like, our support team can walk through your account with you and show exactly what happened.
