I sent my DJI Mavic 2 Pro to The Drone Repair for a "Gimbal Motor Overloaded" error. The repair took almost two and a half months — far longer than advertised, and longer than it likely would have taken through DJI directly. When I finally got the drone back, the exact same "Gimbal Motor Overloaded" error appeared within the first five minutes of flight. The core issue was never actually fixed. I reached out to request a resolution or refund, since the drone was returned to me non-functional for its intended purpose. I'd recommend anyone considering this company weigh the wait time and outcome carefully — in my case, I paid for a repair that didn't work, on top of losing two and a half months without my drone. I have flight logs and video evidence of the recurring issue if needed.

Do not use this company!!! They had my drone for almost two months. Told me that it was shipped, when they had not shipped it. It is supposedly shipped now. Customer service is terrible and communication even worse.

They literally stole my drone. I paid my invoice for repairs and never heard anything back from them. They won’t respond to emails now. Do not trust them!

I understand why they only accept out-of-town orders. They may have harvested parts off my drone, but I can't prove it. My camera did take pictures when it was sent, but the gimble didn't work. It came back with the camera cable cut and camera in a bag separate from the gimble. I'm trying to replace the cable myself to see if the camera still works. Anyway, caveat emptor. There's no way to know what these guys are doing without face-to-face contact. The service prices are very high after you get sucked in with the inbound shipping offer. Not recommended.
