DotstoreReviews of thedotstore.com

Very friendly and quick response time that was helpful and direct !

We’ve been using their Flat Rate Shipping Plugin on our pet store’s website for years and absolutely love it. The product works great, and the team at Dotstore truly goes above and beyond with their support if you need help with anything.

Professional support team took the time for me to solve an issue regarding the size chart not being displayed where I wanted. The app is very high end without bugs or glitches.

You are very quick and professional

Dotstore was very responsive and worked with me quickly to resolve an issue. Great support and product ("Conditional Payment Methods for WooCommerce").

Amazing support and quick response time!

I am starting a small business that needs a way for customers to choose their pick-up location and date/time on our website. This free plugin is everything I needed! It allowed me to offer several pick up locations, custom pick up time slots, a calendar where customers can choose the date and time, an option to offer free delivery/shipping if the customer's order reaches a certain minimum per tax. Other plugins were much more limited (e.g., only one pickup location) or cost hundreds of dollars every year. Honestly, this plugin saved me a lot of money and hassle. Customer service is great as well! I had trouble setting up the plugin and almost gave up on it. After reaching out to customer service by email, I received a response from Bhavesh in the same day. He was able to resolve the set-up issue.

Great support!! Fast!!
