Customer service was great. Very fast too.

the person helping me did fine struggled to figure out ehether the person helping me was human or ai which made the interaction a bit awkward.

I have not ordered yet, but I don't feel hesitant about doing so. I am currently waiting for my quote and Justin's service was very helpful. He was patient and double checked all information. As a new home baker I am happy to have the extra guidance.
