first time and LAST time customer
This was my first time ordering from Cravory, and it will also be my last. Very disappointing customer experience. I ordered a dozen-cookie birthday box well in advance (nine days), and later received only a shipping notification. However, the tracking only showed “label created” and never updated to indicate that UPS had actually received the package, even after several days. I ultimately waited six days past the promised delivery date before getting a refund. Cravory’s email reassurance that this was normal and that the cookies were “on the move” was not helpful when the tracking never changed. It was a very frustrating experience, especially for a time-sensitive gift. I reached out multiple times over the course of about a week using all available contact methods, but the only option was chat, which turned into email. I never received a clear resolution or confirmation that the order had actually shipped by the time I disputed the charge with my credit card company. With the delivery date missed and no update after several attempts to resolve the issue, I had no choice but to dispute the charge.
