This company is a sham
This company is a sham. They give you a certain amount of time to download their chess videos, and then they charge you full price for the same videos, if you don’t download them in time. For example, the master package they offer is at 99 dollars. The package automatically changes, then say it’s 999 dollars if you don’t download in time. That is a huge amount. But then they give you ‘good’ discounts on the way to the checkout. They do this to get more money. It’s a classic bait and switch. They also have a Contact address which goes nowhere. They are in Denmark. I need to do some research on this. But it would take me some time, since it would be classed as international law (since it is overseas from me- international fraud.

Thank you for your feedback, Jason. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At the time, our download links had an expiration period for security reasons. However, customers who contacted us were always welcome to reach out to our support team if they needed assistance accessing their purchases. We have since continued to improve both our delivery process and customer support to make access to purchased courses as simple and convenient as possible. We also want to clarify that TheChessWorld is a U.S.-based company. If there is anything we can still do to help with your original purchase, we'd be happy to assist.
