It was very straight forward. They requested essential personal and medical information. Gathered the symptoms and any prior experience with similar incidents and what worked best. The prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy within an hour or so.

They really are a scam. I did the consultation and paid the $39.00 just to get an email saying “we’ll send you an email letting you know when you your prescription is ready in just a few hours. I assumed I would be talking to a doctor BEFORE I could even get a prescription. I tried to call the number their website gives you for any concerns and i’ve just been getting the same automated message “currently busy with other customers, text this number for help.” Then after about a minute and a half it just says good bye and hangs up. Okay, well I texted that number and was texted back saying “it takes 2-4 hours to get an email back.” WHO WANTS TO WAIT AT LEAST 2 HOURS WHEN THEY DON’T FEEL GOOD?? Don’t waste your money. Find an online doctor who ACTUALLY cares about you.

I was skeptical like everyone else but i have to say i got my prescriptions for a $35 consultation fee which is way more afforable than my nearby urgent care ($200) and dont help with tooth issues. All i know is it worked, if you write them they will write back. But they are definately legit!
