Very good service ,more importantly, when things go wrong as they sometimes do ,i found the communication fast ,and effective to resolve the problem . my problem was the delivery time ,that was delayed due to the christmas period i wrote and emai,l and within two fast email i was offered a discount and the matter was resolved . This is what i believe counts more the efficient manner that problems are dealt with and the communication ,

I ordered a second set of Sennheiser headphones for Jim to use while we watch TV... Future Shop had them @ $228.99 Cdn... I got these on eBay, brand new from The Camera Box for only $103 US!! Even with tax, duty and shipping, they were a great bargain, and they only took a week to get here. I'm a very happy camper. 8^)

I needed a good camera to take close up photos of items my wife sells on Etsy. With a limited budget and after reading several reviews I decided on the Nikon D3100. Most camera shops have gone the way of the rotary dial phone being replaced by the big box electronic stores with no real knowledgeable camera sales people. So I searched on line for camera shops and I called The Camera Box in Brooklyn. Sure enough I got right through and had a nice talk with a helpful lady who said my choice of cameras would do fine. Their price was reasonable, freight was free and shipping was fast. I'm very pleased with the service and the camera.
