Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We truly appreciate you coming back to shop with us over the years, and we’re so sorry this order was a frustrating experience. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have! We know how disappointing it is to wait on a package, and we’re sorry for all the back and forth it took to get everything sorted out. While we do our best to ensure orders ship out quickly, sometimes delays happen in transit, and we know that doesn’t make the wait any less frustrating. We were happy to send out a replacement, and we’re glad to see it was delivered!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We love that you treated yourself for Mother's Day! We're big believers that moms deserve to be celebrated too. Our products often ship separately due to size and due to us using different fulfillment centers. We completely understand that the delay in receiving your Playpen and the lack of shipping updates did not meet your expectations or ours. As a small family business, we work hard to provide a great experience for every customer, and we are sorry that we fell short in this case. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you giving us a try. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cleaning process for your Playpen. The recommendation to hose it off is intended to help clean the product while maintaining the integrity and safety of the materials and frame, which are not designed to be machine washed. Because the Playpen is designed for babies and young children, we do not recommend using harsh chemicals or strong cleaners on the fabric. If you would like to use something beyond water, we recommend choosing a cleaner that is safe for canvas-type materials and products that are safe when used around little ones.
