I called yesterday for the purpose of a credit limit increase and to see if they could lower my APR . The customer service representative that I spoke to was very professional extremely friendly and very apologetic for any issues she was having with the computer system . I do not remember her name but she was absolutely fantastic . My credit limit was increased which I am very grateful for . with my request for lowering my APR she did all she could but she said that I needed to either send a fax or a written letter for a request . Thank you very much , Michael

Customer service does not know the exact terms and information. Every time I would call about cash advance I was told difference information. This was very disappointing and I have had this card for several years. Very poor customer service made it very inconvenience for me.
