The BriefReviews of thebrief.ai

Totally worth the money, saved me a lot of time because of the multiple templates they have. Very easy to use.

I own a small, “boutique” agency that caters to high-end clients that require discretion. I’ve utilized numerous DSP’s and ALL have their “issues”. Bannersnack appealed to me because of their stock, yet easily customizable ad creative functions. So I rolled the dice with my agency’s funds (and held my clients’ funds in limbo) until results were achieved. Long story short; the banners were easy to create and turned out awesome and ad deployment and reach is excellent. My Account Manager, Diana, and her Tech Team, led by Chris, positively handled ALL the issues that exceed my horizons in a timely & professional manner and because of their direct input and suggestions my agency’s services are greatly appreciated by our clients. Diana & Chris, you guys are the BEST. Thank You! Jim W.

Bannersnack has given me, as independent music artist, the opportunity to reach electronic music lovers all over the globe and connect with new fans worldwide. With thanks to the always helpful and ever so nice Adelina from Bannersnack!

Not just do they offer a full range of services related to everything that is needed to be succesfull online in advertisement, also they work really hard to accomodate you as a customer. The lovely Ariadna from Bannersnack seems to work day and night just to make sure our campaigns are a succes. She takes care of the design for the banners, and has the designstaff work their *sses off just to make sure they are up to my high standards. Also she takes care of setting up the campaigns the right way so they show proper conversion. But most importantly, she actually tries to find new innovative solutions to maximize conversion and results! After a boatload of other companies with high promises and low results, Bannersnack is a welcome change in that trend. They actually have the great results I am looking for. And we will stay with them for a long time!

Admittedly, I demand the best and have low tolerance for incompetence. Unfortunately, there's too little of the former and too much of the latter these days. So when I was looking for flash banner ads and my usual web developers/designers weren't offering that service, I ran a google search. Of course, seeing Bannersnack's prices it seemed almost too good to be true! And then I sent them a few emails requesting clarification. Much to my surprise, Dana's responses were prompt, professional, well-written and in a word...competent! I was extremely impressed!!! Given the reasonable price and money back guarantee, I had nothing to lose. Sending in artwork/specs was a painless process, and then I had the pleasure of working with Ruben. He is extremely talented, very responsive, and again...competent! As with most designers, the first attempt missed the mark. So then I sent him an email specifying some very detailed changes. Version #2 was received quickly, and just like that, we were almost there!!! I requested some further tweaks, but the whole process only took us a couple days...and the final ads were perfect! Usually the saying is "price/turnaround/quality...pick two". Yet here, I received all three, which is extremely rare nowadays!!! Yes, I truly wish more companies were like Bannersnack.
