Raven helped me receive my information. The whole process went very smoothly.

The process took over an hour. It costed me more money. The people were really nice and easy to work with the lady raya & Robert nice people. It just took too long and I don't want to ever do this again. If I could I would get my back cancel the tickets

Martin offered excellent service. He took the time to make sure I understood how my tickets differed from regular tickets. Then he helped me look at the flights available and get what I really needed. He put in the time, called me back when we got disconnected and was very helpful.
