Thank you so much for your order & review of TheBackyardOutlet.com! We’re delighted to have you as our customer & glad everything’s working out great! I do apologize for the paperwork provided by the manufacturer (I would prefer to remove it, but it is not my choice). I don't have your name in my system, so I am thinking it may have been purchased under another name; however, the owner's manual has a few diagrams and photos depending on the model: https://thebackyardoutlet.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/2024-Owners-Manual-Domestic-DayDream.pdf Regradless, don't ever hestiate to reach out if we can ever help clarify any details!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on AqualifeOutlet.com. I suspect you mean to a manual created model by model, instead of all models in one manual; since the function of each model is relatively the same, the manufacturer tries to make it as simple as possible (though I understand not wanting to filter through unnecessary data!). We’re so grateful for your feedback & hope to work with you again soon!

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your new spa. The manual walks through the need to tighten the PVC unions before filling, as they can loosen during shipping. It is a couple of threaded fittings that often just need a little tightening. The blower vent might be made to shoot out a little stream of water to relieve pressure, but the manufacturer should be able to identify if that is the case. Air in the lines might impact jet pressure on specific jets (look at air locks in manual). If these end up being the issues, they are all setup issues based on how you fill it and the first time setup steps. Let us know how things progress and give us a call if you don't get the help needed from the manufacturer! Thanks, AquaLifeOutlet.com

Thank you so much for your order & review of AquaLifeOutlet.com! We’re delighted to have you as our customer & glad most everything’s working out well! With your concern about temperature, the highest spas are allowed to go (from the manufacturer - any manufacturer) is 104 degrees. If your spa is not reaching that temp, please let us know so we can help you troubleshoot and find a solution. If you simply want temps hotter than that...well, I unfortunately cannot help with that!

We’re so happy to hear that you had a great experience with us & that your new hot tub is meeting your expectations! We look forward to working with you again for any of your spa needs. The chemicals can indeed be tricky, but once you understand your water it gets easier! Sorry you had to make the cut...hopefully it was simply, but was definitely an oversight. Thank you, AquaLifeOutlet.com
