As we mentioned in our replies to your previous review, there were a large number of items that you indicated were not included in your move. When arranging your move with 3 Brothers Moving & Storage, you stated that any additional items would be loaded into a trailer. The inventory list you requested the crew take increased from 140 pieces to over 300 when the movers arrived. Unfortunately we have attempted to rectify this situation with you in several different ways and each time you did not wish to accept. We have exhausted all available options to satisfy you and have been turned down each time. As such, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any further solutions. We thank you for understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you choose to accept the refund we have previously offered, please contact customer service directly.

Leigh Anne, I apologize that you were less than satisfied with your move, and apologize for the delay in responding. After receiving your complaint we had requested the paperwork and information regarding your move from the carrier to investigate the situation. I do wish you had called us during the pickup or informed us that there was additional charges at the time of service. The inventory sheets from the time of pickup indicates that there was several items not on the inventory you provided us. The information you had provided us was 78 pieces and according to the paperwork from the driver they loaded 110 items. We completely understand that it is not possible to remember every single item that is going to be moved. Our estimates are based upon the volume of the items. Your final charges are based upon the final inventory and the volume of what is loaded. The paperwork indicates that there was an additional 32 items adding an additional 100 cubic feet of volume. As with any estimate for services if the final scope of work is larger or smaller than what is originally agreed upon the final price will be adjusted to reflect so. As for the additional fees at the time of delivery, as per the contract, if they do not have access for a 18 wheeler or they need to carry the items from the truck over 75 feet to the home there will be additional charges assessed. Based upon information provided from the driver there was more than 75 feet from the door the the truck. If they had to park the semi on the main road and not the parking lot near the building google maps has it listed as 50 ft just to the building, not counting to any distance between the front of the building to the apartment door. As of this morning the carrier is actively reaching out to the carrier to get you reimbursement for the funds as they believe this was excessive for a long carry fee as well. The carrier stated that they have reached out to you and informed you of the status of this as well. Please feel free to reach out to customer service if you need any further information.

Terisa, It is explained during the booking process that if the crew is unable to get the 18-wheeler near the drop-off location they will need to use a shuttle. The shuttle services and fees are explained on your estimate. I apologize if you were under the impression that this service would not be needed at the time of delivery. Unfortunately due to the layout of the neighborhood, it does look as though it is not 18-wheeler accessible. After reviewing the paperwork signed at pickup the only other difference was due to a few items being slightly larger than what was initially estimated, a additional 50 cubic feet was charged. I am unsure who you were trying to reach as all the calls I can locate were answered or returned during office hours, and emails were replied to in a timely manner. I apologize if you feel that the response time was lacking and will ensure to pass along the feedback to the customer service team.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with Posh Moving was less than satisfactory. At this time, we are in the process of contacting their management in order to verify that they are performing according to our expectations. The company has noted on their end that you received communication on the 22nd indicating that delivery would take place within 5-7 business days. As of 4/9, your pickup was completed. On the delivery disclosure you received it was stated that the estimated delivery date was 14 business days from your first available delivery date. However, this was not a guaranteed date. Regarding the additional cost at the time of pickup, I reviewed the paperwork. On the inventory sheet, 149 items are listed as opposed to the 94 items we received during the inventory process. If there are additional items, the space reservation will increase, which in turn will raise the total cost of the move since it is based on the amount of space occupied by the truck. We understand that it is impossible for you to remember every piece of furniture or item that needs to be moved. This is why you are able to adjust the inventory at the time of pickup. That being said, if additional space is required or additional services need to be provided, the move cost will increase. There has been no communication from you that there was anything unsatisfactory happening with your move. We wish we had known so that we could intervene on your behalf.
