Nicole, the customer support manager, is so lovely and helpful. I made a mistake with my address and had to figure out how to reroute my package and she was incredibly helpful and patient. Truly great experience just for her alone.

Hi Camille, Nicole here! Thank you for such kind words. Honestly it made my day when I read this. You were equally as patient with me which I very much appreciated. I'm always happy to help no matter what!
The packaging was good and it arrived quickly. I wish it was more bud-like ; it was just a step above being shake. But the buzz was nice and I'll order again

Hey Darryl! Glad we could get in contact, we are closed on the weekends so your message from Saturday wasn't able to be answered until after our team returned, and with 4/20, we have been backed up with orders and customer support messages! As promised we are gonna get that extra flower out to you right away! It gets very hectic around 4/20 and our team is human, & likely made a mistake with your missing item. But don't worry, we got your back and we will get your extra flower out to you ASAP! We are eager to hear your response!
I've ordered from here twice and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of things in mystery boxes. Wayyyyy more than what you would get at a dispensary. Highly recommend!!!

It sounds like you took advantage of our awesome $75/Ounce deal! You purchased “Microbuds” which are smaller than a dime, as pictured on the product page for this product. These buds were sifted from our Top Shelf buds, so that we are able to offer over a 50% discount on these strains! But that is why the buds are smaller and less visually appealing. However we hold ourselves to the highest standard so please reach out to us so we can fix this, to make sure you are completely satisfied! Thank you :)
