I've been 100% happy with these guys for years. Great customer service - you can always reach someone on live chat. Decent pricing and they allow you to pay with crypto - BIG plus for me. I would love these guys if they didn't have so many server issues lately. I have sites I am working on that clients look at and it looks bad when the server is down.

NEVER CONSIDER USING THIS SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ABILITY TO SOLVE ISSUES, SERVERS ARE DOWN ALL THE TIME WITH INDEFINITY TIME. Equal to 0 customer service.

My server has been down for 26 hours so far, and no backups or updates have been provided. I can see many other users are affect by this. - update; still down after 31 hrs, 23 mins Go elsewhere for your hosting.

Hello, Indeed, one of our servers had experienced issues. While trying to make a full restore of the accounts, the software indicated ah 8h long restore. Unfortunately, the estimated time was prolonged up to 26h. BAD ADMIN WHO SUSPEND ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU TOLD THEM THAT YOUR DOMAIN WAS BLACKLISTED. 6. STEAL CUSTOMERS DATAS I ADVISE EVERYONE HERE. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR DOMAIN TO BE BLACKLISTED ON GOOGLE. NEVER HOST YOUR DOMAIN WITH THIS WEBSITE. thcservers.com They are the worst scammers i have ever seen. Plus they will steal most information from your clients.

Hello, Your account has been found to host illegal content, such as, but not limited to: - "unchanted" (virus); - phishing; - scam; - impersonating banks and other activities. While we have warned you in the past that you, as a Reseller, are directly responsible for the content hosted on our servers (as per our Terms), you have continued to ignore our Terms. We do not tolerate such behaviors on our servers and while we do understand that sometimes an account can be hacked, after an investigation, we fount that your Reseller account was hosting nothing but illegal content. As a consequence, the account has been permanently suspended for illegal content and will not be unsuspended. Regards,
Awful service. A lot of downtimes, always same excuses like updates, updates, updates. At least i am sure there a bigger problems in the server structure which cause these errors. Within the last 30 days we had around 7 hours offline time an very often very slow online time. Absolutely not recommendable...

If possible, could you please tell us your domain name so that we may identify your account? Possibly look into the issue to make sure it was the mentioned above issues that caused your downtime? Also, if needed, we can migrate your account to a different server. Thank you very much! P.S.: You can also open a ticket from your Client area if you do not wish to disclose any information here.
