This works great for me. I send a postcard to my 92 year old Mom once a week with a picture from my library. She loves getting mail, and the images from the past always make her happy.

As a Realtor, I am always looking for ways to make everything work at its max level so I can have more time to gain customers. I love that I can use their pixel to determine who is visiting my site and retarget via more post cards. This way I am actually engaging with people that actually have an interest versus just spray and pray marketing. I also use it for my Vacation Rental business. Again targeting those that visit my site. I also use the different mailboxes to send out in batches when there is a special event or discount. I find that most realtors I teach do not understand all that Thanks.io has to offer then its like a lightbulb goes off and they start to understand how they can now automate that yearly Birthday Post card, or yearly "House-aversary" card. How they can take a pic of them and the customer at their first meeting and the sale of the home and send a quick "how it started VS how its going" campaign! I speak to Melanie and Justin when ever I need help and havent had a problem they coudnt resolve. Just go through the videos and FAQ and see all you can do!

Thank you so much Theresa! We're so glad you like our program, find it useful and share it with your colleagues. We can't thank you enough for your support.
I have used Thanks.io personally as well as helping to assist many realtor partners set up automated campaigns. Personally, I am super lazy, so I love to have the ability to just "set it and forget it" - The ability of Thanks to easily accept leads to a list and trigger a specific campaign out to those leads for a pre-set amount of mailers/time is awesome. Keep up the good work guys!

I wish it worked better! Most of postcards sent were returned and were very low quality

Hello Bob, I just claimed our site on Trustpilot and wanted to respond to your issue even tho some time has passed since you reviewed us. I apologize that your experience was less than you expected. We would love to know what you would like to work better. We constantly strive to improve our system and the service we provide. Postcards are a little tricky because although we use the best postcard paper and ink, and use high quality printing, they are exposed to the rollers on numerous machines at USPS which can cause damage at times to the outside of the cards because the printing is exposed, unlike our letters and note cards which are in envelopes. It doesn't happen frequently but it does sometimes occur. This is a known issue with USPS and unfortunately as a company we are not alone. Many printing companies experience this. I don't show that you contacted us thru support to look at your issues, or the returns and in reviewing your account I don't show USPS notifying us of any returns. I would be happy to research the returns if you still have them but if not we still would love your feedback on how we can improve our systems to work better for you.
Sehr gut und sehr geil ich finde das ist gut

I have to agree with Allen below. Their customer service is not helpful and sounds kind of rude. I sent a campaign that has been 20 days and still in "pending status", no one at customer service could tell me whether or not the postcards were ever mailed. they blamed USPS for the issue. there is no tracking on cards - i never know if the $100 or so I spent on my campaign ever got sent or not. Forget about trying to get your money back if you still carry a balance. Per their "TOS agreement" (as recited to me by their customer service), they don't do refunds. so you put money in, they don't know or can't tell if they mailed your cards or not, and if you have extra money in your account you can't have it back. this should not be allowed. I dont care what they write in their user agreement.

Hello Janine, I'm sorry you were not happy with our service. I reviewed your support inquiries and orders and unfortunately you had a unique issue that rarely happens. I know in many instances when conversing via an online chat the response may mistaken as rude because you can't hear the tone of someones voice, but in review of your tickets I found our team was very courteous and tried to assist you as best we could. All orders do have tracking by USPS via barcodes on the postcard or letters. They are scanned by USPS and the information is fed back to our printer system. It's not a tracking code you yourself can enter, but it is tracked by USPS. USPS does not guarantee us they will scan each item or each leg of the journey but the majority of the time they do. With USPS being severely backed up and inundated with 3-4 times their normal volumes due to COVID related issues all year, we have seen a few cases where no scan is updated but it is a rarity still. In reviewing your initial inquiry your order was not in pending status but "in transit" status. This means the order was mailed and that USPS has picked up the order from our printers. We did confirm with you in the support inquiry that the letters were mailed but had not received an updated scan from USPS. The lack of scans does not mean that the letters would not arrive at their destination only that USPS did not or could not get the scan. We are not advised why USPS did not update the scans on your letters, however, after review of your order, we had found your letters had a graphic that was partially blocking the bar code and likely the reason for the lack of updated scans. This was also explained in the support inquiry along with a picture showing how it was blocked. Copy of picture here: https://uploads-ssl.webflow.com/5f481e952bce040ecdbeeea1/5feb8a8db9e6895b6ca499ad_image.png When creating letters on our system we do show the area that needs to remain free and clear of graphics to help prevent this from happening and our printers do make an effort to catch orders they actively see but it's sometimes difficult among 1000's of orders. It is correct that per our TOS we do not refund credits that remain in your account. The reason is because some of the credits are given in accounts as bonus or free credits by us (free to you so we wouldn't refund) and/or because our system draws from the credits first in your account, therefore there may not be a corresponding credit card transaction in order to refund from. However, as was explained in your initial inquiry they never expire and can be used at anytime for your orders. We continually strive to improve our system and our customer service and do sincerely apologize your first experience with us was not a favorable one.
