TG.CasinoReviews of tg.casino

So I made over 6 deposits totaling $600 I was told it’s a vpn free casino. When I won as soon as I went to withdraw it asked for verification. It didn’t make sense since it’s a no kyc casino. I was told I can’t withdraw my winnings unless I provide 9 documents including id loll so I told them how much u guys didn’t mention it when I made my first deposit or when I asked if it’s a free vpn casino. I was told sorry you have to read the terms and conditions. Absolutely run away do not play here I know I’m the stupid one but don’t be the next person.

It's alright. The games are fun, but I did face some issues with loading and slow withdrawals. Customer service was helpful, though, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

I won 190$, but the casino refuses to process my withdrawal. My transaction ID is (4277a6ec-b355-4c6d-9406-a653bd87a406). I provided all the required verification documents, including proof of address and a bank statement. However, they keep rejecting them without a valid reason and continue asking for more documents, even though they already have everything needed. Their support is unhelpful and just gives generic responses, delaying the process. It seems like they have no intention of paying out my winnings. This looks like a scam! If anyone else has faced a similar issue, please share your experience.

Hello, I played a 20 dollars bonus slot machine "The Good, The Bad and The Rich". But he didn't take my winnings ! I had several gold lines on several turns and it did not take the real win. I should have had the corresponding winnings but it didn't take into account when the gold lines appeared. this is the first time I've encountered this problem. I will send you the tour reference as an attachment. ID: hub88cw000000000-465357264

SKAM SKAM SKAM GET OUT OF THERE I registered out of curiosity. I filled up my account and immediately placed ONE bet. After that, I was asked: 1) 3 bank statements - provided 2) Extract of housing and communal services - provided a photo, asked to upload to PDF 3) provided a statement of housing and communal services in PDF format I spent almost a month on all this. After that, they blocked the account, and did not even allow the withdrawal of the DEPOSIT. They EVEN steal YOUR DEPOSIT! (They refer to the rules, but they don't even say which one)

The casino is great, but I’m still waiting for more live dealer options. It’s something I hope they add soon.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from you. The service/product I received was far below expectations, and the way this issue was handled only made things worse. I expected better, but it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Unfortunately, this was the final straw, and you have officially lost me as a customer. Very disappointing.

While the platform is great overall, I'm looking forward to the web-based version to make gaming even more accessible.
