They management is very quick, polite, respectful, friendly even. The building staff really feels like family, they know everybody's name, even the dogs'! I cannot give it a five-star though, because they "omitted" to mention that the abandoned construction site across my window was not abandoned. They knowingly let me enter into the lease because I thought it was abandoned. The high rent was also justifiable to me because of the gorgeous view. Now my view is one of the worst in the neighborhood and I had to deal with months of early am's and week-end construction noise and dust.

I have been in 606 W 57th for five weeks now and have overall been a bit disappointed. The elevators have consistently been dysfunctional or all together broken which makes things surprisingly very inconvenient. For a building that magnitude we have a responsibility towards the city and the planet. Recycling and waste management is poorly handled. The apartment fixtures and finishing feel...well cheap. Front desk service is very good. Two thumbs up to that. Overall, I don't feel its worth the exorbitant price that I pay for it.

The place is beautiful and the amenities and people are great. However, the water pipes are extremely loud. There’s always a loud bang and vibration when someone turns on the shower and it’s especially frustrating at four in the mornings. The heaters as well grind and whine, which is particularly distracting.

Fix doors please... Amenities doors (gym) are still broken. It is quite annoying.

I need larger water flow from showerhead

The outdoor recreation spaces in 606 w57th MAX are a constant nuisance and distraction to your residents on the upper floors. Loud wild parties with screaming, cheering, and thumping music create a bar-like atmosphere on many nights. As well as the windows are created to reduce noise, they cannot block party noise in such close proximity. Some simple rules to respect the upper floor residents privacy and quality of life would be greatly appreciated. Yes, many building have recreational roof decks, but none or few are mere feet from residents with the highest rents. thanks

Seems to be a huge amount of people coming into to the sub cellar area and just waiting by the door. This makes the basketball court and weight room area very overcrowded

The whole application process has been a very bad experience!
