I love Using Text Request.

After I had signed up and made a payment company will start asking for all kind of information including federal ID/EIN WHAT THAT THIS COMPANY HAS TO DO WITH EMPLOYER ID NUMBER? We are a Hair Salon that we have been in business for 33 years we do not have a website. When we signed up I entered a the information including company information such as address and telephones numbers, why do you want me to provide this information after I made a payment, I am demanding to return what I paid and stop this whole process,

I like that we can send messages and clients can read text, see images, and receive links all at once. However, many clients complain that they don't always receive the messages we sent. So, the service is spotty.
