TextlineReviews of textline.com

Textline use to be on point until they changed there pricing structure to a limited amount of credits. Reminds me of back in the day with cell phone text charged each text message, and limited minutes. Not sure why they can not just do an unlimited amount. They went up on the price too. Will not be recommending this service.

All this company cares about is money. They lie and manipulate their customers. I was with them from 2017 - the end of 2025. They never had good customer service, but we thought they had a good product. We had a big issue with them overcharging us for a mass text that we sent out. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 extra because we used a single emoji. There was no warning. They gladly took advantage of us and pocketed the savings. They did nothing to remedy this other than offer us an insulting tiny discount on future months. I would NOT recommend. Get everything in writing and make them sign it. They tend to change their offer if you make them commit to it in writing.

Their product isn't bad (we had a couple of glitches) but they are one of those companies that continues to charge you after you submit notice to stop their service. It took us months and several attempts to get them to stop charging us for a service we weren't receiving. I thought they would be helpful and would take ownership of their mistake but instead they were the exact opposite. It really surprised and disappointed me.

I decided to try a free trial. You have to enter credit card details. They immediately took an amount form 2029 that was nothing to do with us. They will not call and their emails are vague. Wont return the money. Its basically theft. They didn't even tell us what they were doing

I have been a fan for TextLine for 4 years and is a very important part of my business - unfortunately often they experience technical difficulties that cost me Time Capital that I cannot afford to loose - "Too Often"

HORRIBLE COMPANY, PART OF A LARGER GROUP WHO TARGET SPECIFIC BUSINESSES AND PURPOSELY COMPLICATE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, THEY TRY TO HACK COMPUTERS, AND THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH CREEPY UK PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL LIARS AND HOLD DIFFERENT BUSINESSES TO DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS, IM CALLING THEM ALL OUT ON THEIR ACT, IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME TREATMENT PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW.

Super reliable and worst customer service. Past two months I been realizing many messages go through from Twilio but it doesn't get shown on textline!!. zapier integration also did not work for over 10 days. My whole company depends on webhook and zapier. i was not even notified about the system being fualty. Paying over $2k in google ads and realizing for 10 days your new leads are not even getting reached to you.

Never got a response for the issue I addressed. I wonder if they even care about customer service.
