items came in perfect condition and packaged well. Shipment took a lil lolnger than expected

It was a good experience and timely delivery. I would suggest using a box for shipping and maybe putting the plush toys inside a protective bag. They survived the trip but there was no protection for the toys. The price of the toys was quite reasonable and the quality was good.

Product is outstanding and very nice. The only thing I didn't like was no style numbers on the hang tags and have to look at a thumbprint picture to see what the item is. Very timely delivery.

Sort of disappointing the Bear was not shipped in a box but, the method did get it here safe. My wife would have liked for the Bear to have more stuffing.
