I bought a saddle. It’s beautiful but small. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since i have had it to return or exchange. No one answers. They have an answering service, email and text and no one answers. Very disappointed.

Excellent products and service

I was charged for 7 hay bags and have only received 1. I have text, called and emailed several times with no response. Very disappointed.

This saddle is perfect for a training a pony. Really cute and just the right size. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for my Shetlands first saddle. This fit the bill.

The knife came rusted and looked like the silver coating literally was flaking off.

I thought the whip was 26” long - it is twice that size. I tried calling to return or exchange the item and could not get through to a person.

All products arrived in great condition with no damage- all were as described
